Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of artisanal fragrances, we accept returns only on unopened, unsealed bottles in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, please notify our client concierge within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and an immediate replacement or full refund will be processed.

Processing Times

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
